Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By placing an order on https://www.lamonieparis.com, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding public holidays in Bulgaria. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery times are up to 14 days.
Important: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, customs procedures, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Lamonie Paris does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, volume and destination. You will see the final shipping fee before completing your purchase.
Free shipping is available on orders over 150 € (this threshold may change).
4. International Shipping & Customs
For orders outside the European Union, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes and import fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by your local authorities. Lamonie Paris is not responsible for customs delays or additional costs.
5. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package using the link provided.
6. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot change the address after the order has been shipped. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
7. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at wecare@lamonieparis.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue according to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Important Notes
- All orders are shipped from Sofia, Bulgaria.
- During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may be longer than usual.
